ElectGent ("we," "our," or "us") operates campaign management tools and automated social media publishing services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you authorize your social media accounts through our platform.

1. Information We Collect

When you authorize ElectGent via Meta OAuth (Facebook and Instagram), we collect only the necessary tokens and identifying details required to manage and publish campaign content on your behalf:

• Facebook Page Access Tokens and Page Identifiers.
• Connected Instagram Business Account Identifiers and Handles.
• Basic account profile names associated with managed business pages.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Publish user-scheduled campaign communications to authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
• Maintain active API authentication states for authorized campaign tools.

We do not sell, share, or rent personal data or API tokens to third parties.

3. Data Retention and Security

Access tokens are stored securely in encrypted databases. They are retained only for as long as your campaign remains active or until you revoke authorization.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

You may revoke ElectGent's access to your social media accounts at any time through your Facebook Business Integration settings. To request immediate deletion of stored tokens and profile data from our systems, contact us at privacy@electgent.com.
